The Fortnox integration: how it works

From Fortnox to Superclaim in 30 seconds

If you use Fortnox as your accounting system, you can now connect it directly to Superclaim. Invoices, customers and payment status sync automatically.

How the connection works

  1. 1.Click "Connect Fortnox" in settings
  2. 2.Log in with your Fortnox credentials
  3. 3.Choose which customers and invoices to sync

Delta sync every 15 minutes

We do not fetch everything every time. Superclaim runs delta syncs every 15 minutes and only fetches what has changed since last time. This means a new invoice in Fortnox appears in Superclaim within minutes.

Automatic reconciliation

When an invoice is marked as paid in Fortnox, Superclaim automatically closes the case. No manual updates needed.
