This privacy policy describes how Superclaim AB ("Superclaim", "we", "us") collects, processes, and protects personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish law.

- Company name, organization settings, and team members within your organization
- Customer and invoice data synchronized from your ERP system, including names, registration numbers, contact details, invoice amounts, and payment history

- Content of outbound reminders and inbound customer replies sent and received via email and SMS

- Technical information needed to maintain service reliability, including anonymized error logs and session information

We use your data to:
- Provide our accounts receivable automation service
- Synchronize invoice and customer data with your ERP system
- Generate and send payment reminders via email and SMS
- Analyze incoming customer replies using AI
- Enable you to review and approve all actions before they are executed

4. Legal Basis
We process personal data based on the following grounds:
- Performance of a contract: When processing is required to provide the service you signed up for, such as invoice data synchronization and AI-driven follow-up.
- Legitimate interest: When we have a business reason to process data, such as responding to contact inquiries, improving our service, and ensuring operational reliability. We always balance this against your rights.
- Consent: When you actively agree to certain processing, such as receiving marketing communications.
7. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as long as we have a legal obligation to do so. Invoice and bookkeeping data is retained in accordance with Swedish bookkeeping law (7 years). If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain.

- Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and regular security reviews. All AI-generated actions are reviewed and approved by a human before execution.

We may update this policy. For material changes, we will notify you via email or in the service. The latest version is always available on this page.
