Serial entrepreneur with 10+ startups, 5 exits exceeding 500M SEK, and 200M+ SEK raised. Co-founded Speqta in 2003, building it into a Nasdaq First North-listed adtech company over 16 years. Then co-founded Enigma Nordic, a quantitative trading platform for digital assets that executed over 50 billion SEK in volume before being acquired by listed Hilbert Group in 2025 for up to $25M. Andereas brings a proven playbook for building, scaling, and exiting tech companies.
Andereas' co-founder across every venture, from Speqta to Enigma Nordic, where he served as CTO and built the real-time trading infrastructure handling tens of thousands of daily transactions on global exchanges. 20+ years of building scalable technical platforms from zero to institutional grade.

Mårten speaks accounts receivable as a first language.
