Accounts receivable for Xledger
Xledger gives you control of finance as the company grows. Superclaim makes sure receivables grow with it. Customers in several countries mean different payment cultures, different languages and different terms to keep track of.
What changes when you run Superclaim on Xledger
Once volume grows, the list in the system is not enough. Someone has to judge which customer can take a reminder and which needs a call, every week.
- Every customer gets the right tone and the right timing, without anyone sorting a list by hand.
- Replies get read and answered, not just outbound sent.
- You set the rules per segment and risk, the agents work inside them.
Payments reconciled against the right invoice
A reminder is only worth something if you know which invoice actually got paid. Superclaim tracks Swedish OCR references and ties the payment back to the invoice in Xledger, so you can see which reminder brought the money in and stop chasing customers who have already paid.
You decide how much the agents do on their own
You choose per action and risk: co-pilot, where someone on your team approves every draft before it goes out, or auto-pilot, where Superclaim carries out the action within the rules you set. New companies start with everything on co-pilot and loosen one action at a time.
Common questions
- Does Superclaim support Xledger?
- Yes. The connection is activated during your onboarding, as part of the setup. There is nothing technical for you to do.
- How long before we are up and running?
- Live within 24 hours. Setup normally takes an hour of your time, we handle the rest.
- Do the agents send email without our approval?
- Only for the actions you have put on auto-pilot yourselves. In co-pilot you approve every draft before it goes out, and new companies start with everything on co-pilot.
- What happens to invoices that still do not get paid?
- They escalate in the order you decided, and as a last resort to our collections partner. The goal is that you never need it.
